- Admissions: student details such as name, date of birth, contact details, address, qualification, photograph, identity documents and parent/guardian details.
- Academic records: enrolments, batch assignments, attendance, assessments, exam results and certificates.
- Payments: fee amounts, payment dates, payment method and receipt numbers. We do not store card or bank login details in the portal.
- Technical data: basic logs (such as IP address and browser type) needed to keep the portal secure and working.
How we use it
- To respond to enquiries and process admissions.
- To run classes, track attendance and progress, conduct exams and issue certificates.
- To manage fees, issue receipts and meet accounting and tax obligations.
- To share attendance, progress and fee updates with a student's registered parent/guardian.
- To send class, exam and institute announcements by phone, SMS, email or WhatsApp.
- To keep the portal secure and prevent misuse.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share it only where needed:
- With certification or examination partners, when you enrol in a course that leads to their certificate.
- With service providers that host the portal or send messages on our behalf, under appropriate safeguards.

Retention
We keep admission, academic and fee records for as long as needed to provide our services, issue duplicate certificates or receipts, and meet legal and accounting requirements. Enquiry details that do not lead to an admission are deleted or anonymised when no longer needed.
Security
Portal access is role-based and password protected, and staff only see the information they need for their work. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your login details private and tell us if you notice anything unusual.
Your choices
- You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you.
- You can ask us to stop sending promotional messages at any time; class and fee updates may still be sent.
- Parents/guardians can contact the office about the information held for their child.
