These terms apply to the Shri Satyam Techno Park ("SSTP", "we", "us") website, the student/parent/staff portal, and the courses, workshops and other training services we offer. By creating an account, enrolling in a course or using the portal, you agree to these terms.
1. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when registering or enrolling, and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity on your account.
- Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
- Students under 18 should register and enrol with the consent of a parent or guardian.
2. Admissions and enrolment
- Admission to a course or batch is subject to seat availability and any eligibility criteria for that course.
- Batch timings, faculty and schedules may change for operational reasons; we will try to inform you in advance.
- Certificates are issued only after the course requirements (attendance, assessments and fee clearance) are met.
3. Fees, payments and refunds
- Course fees, instalment schedules and due dates are communicated at the time of admission and shown in the portal.
- A receipt is issued for every payment. Please keep your receipts for your records.
- Refunds, if any, are handled as per the refund terms communicated at admission. Requests are reviewed case by case and must be raised with the office.
- Applicable taxes (such as GST) are charged where required by law.
4. Conduct
- Treat staff, faculty and fellow students with respect, on campus and online.
- Use lab computers, devices and other institute property with care; damage may be chargeable.
- Do not attempt to access other users' accounts or data, or interfere with the portal's operation.
- Academic dishonesty during assessments or exams may lead to disqualification.
5. Course material
Study material, recordings, exercises and other content provided by SSTP are for your personal learning only and may not be copied, resold or shared publicly without our permission.
6. Communication
By registering, you agree that we may contact you (and, for students, your registered parent/guardian) by phone, SMS, email or WhatsApp about admissions, classes, attendance, fees, exams and institute announcements.
7. Availability and liability
We aim to keep the website and portal available and accurate, but they are provided on an "as is" basis and may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance. To the extent permitted by law, SSTP is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the website or portal.
8. Suspension
We may suspend or close portal access for breaches of these terms or institute rules, or when a student's enrolment ends.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows the latest version. Continued use of the portal after an update means you accept the revised terms.
